fMRIPrep Demonstration
======================

This module will demonstrate how to use fMRIPrep to analyze a publicly available dataset on `OpenNeuro.org <https://openneuro.org/>`__. We will analyze the same dataset that we used for the :ref:`AFNI tutorial <AFNI_Overview>`, and then compare the results. This will allow you to make an educated decision about what type of analysis pipeline is best for you.
